Was a great honour to be selected as an International judge at the 3rd Edition of Dido international Olive Oil Competition in Tunisia. The competition was held in the city of Tunis in Tunisia and the International judges we were invited to taste and evaluate olive oils from Tunisia and the rest of the world, joined in a group online meeting and give our results.
Was a unique experience and great opportunity to taste olive oils from all over the Mediterranean region. Many thanks to Sawssen M’rad Founder& President of Tunisian Olive Oil Women Network for inviting me to this competition.
