On the other hand, olive oil producers fight every year to improve the quality characteristics of their production. So, while we are talking about an everyday ingredient of Cypriot gastronomy, olive oil is a complex and multidimensional material.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is much more than just the healthiest edible oil. it is also a vehicle to discover thousands of different flavors. Olive Oil has various potent effects including antimicrobial, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, anti-neurodegenerative, neuroprotective, and other beneficial health effects. As well as a key ingredient of the Mediterranean Diet.
