I was invited at the largest gastronomic event in Cyprus, the Cyprus Eating Awards, organised by Check In Cyprus, at Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, celebrating 19 years and was organised for another year to reward the island’s top restaurants.
The menu of the special evening of the Cyprus Eating Awards 2023 had the signature of Michelin-starred Cypriot chef Andreas Mavrommatis, who in collaboration with the Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel Panikos Hadjitofis created an excellent menu.
