A unique seminar on “Olive Oil and Quality: the path from the olive press to the bottle” took place at the Atsas Educational Center #atsastrainingcenter, and we were very lucky to be trained by the amazing Pablo Voitzuk, an Argentinian expert in olive oil tasting, and dr. Tassos Constantinos Kyriakides, Assistant professor at Yale university!
